Our 6DOF motion platform can simulate a variety of spatial motion poses and can be widely applied to various training simulators such as flight simulator, naval ship simulator, naval helicopter take-off and landing simulation platform, tank simulator, car driving simulator, and train driving simulator and dynamic movie, entertainment equipment and so on.
Characteristics of 6 DOF motion platform:
1. Made of steel which has beautiful appearance, compact structure, low running noise and is easy to maintain.
2. The servo system with full digital control is used for precise control, the platform movement is smooth and continuous, also with fast high-speed response and stable low-speed operation.
3. Adopting our own dedicated ball joint of parallel robot, the maximum stroke of it can reach 35° with high precision.
4. The electric cylinder adopts a new direct-connected structure with motor built inside it which can make it compact enough. Meanwhile, the ultra-quiet precision screw is also applied in the cylinder with very low noise.
5. All the inclined blocks are completed in the machining center which can ensure the positioning accuracy of every side.
6. Using self-developed control card, it integrates a variety of 6 DOF platform data model and algorithm model, it can perform corresponding mathematical operations by receiving the pose date from upper computer, and then calculate out the stroke of six cylinders. It can also adjust the softness and speed of the platform operation as well.

Control system(Electrical cabinet)
Control system: the embedded control software runs on the main controller, and the motion controller uses the Gugao high-performance bus motion controller, and uses the forward and inverse kinematics algorithm independently developed by our company to realize the motion control of the six-degree-of-freedom motion platform.
The control software includes but is not limited to the following functional modules: system self-inspection function module, network connection function module, parameter configuration function module, state machine function module, data preprocessing function module, trajectory planning function module, kinematics calculation function module, bus communication function module, digital I/O function module, state feedback function module, fault alarm function module, and security function module.
The control software provides the secondary development interface and opens the communication interface and protocol to Party A. The six-degree-of-freedom platform runs smoothly, smoothly and without stumbling. The forward and inverse kinematics algorithms feed back the attitude of the platform or the position data of the electric cylinder in real time. The algorithm has the internal security protection function for the platform, which will not cause damage to the platform if the user mistakenly inputs the data!
